The Report page allows you to create PDF reports for a given device and period.
Generating a report
Report options
The Obfuscate entity names option allows you to replace the name of the reseller, client, site and device, as well as the netbios names of the endpoints with asterisks (*).
The Confidential watermark option allows you to add a watermark in the background of the report with the wording "Confidential".
The maximum period for generating a report is 7 days.
Report generation steps
The generation of a report is done in several steps.
A validation for each of these steps is displayed to know in real time the progress of the generation.
The generation is independent on the server side. If the web page is refreshed during this step, the report continues to be generated. It will then appear in the list of generated reports.
The generation time of a report can reach several minutes (depending on the volume of logs and the selected period). It is not necessary to refresh to restart a generation.
Generated reports
The list of generated reports is displayed in a table.
By clicking on a row of the table, the details of the generated report are displayed in a pop-up window.
Each report can be re-downloaded after its generation.
Only the reports generated for the devices available to the logged-in user are displayed in the table.
