# Global

## Non-working hours (NWH)

Non-worked hours (NWH), refers to the time not worked in the organisation.

This range allows you to perform special filtering on cybermaps, reports and flows. Filtering and monitoring of your device is not affected by this setting, it is a display filter.

In this example, a flow starting at 20:59 or 7:00 **will not be included** in the filter. \
On the other hand, a flow starting at 21:00 or 6:59 **will be included** in the filter.

### Custom endpoints

You can define a device name, icon, category and mark it as critical.

Endpoints will be displayed in tables with the information you define. \
A critical endpoints will be displayed with a red dot and will be highlighted in the home page favorites.

Please note that this information is linked to the local IP address. In the case of dynamic IP addressing (e.g. with a DHCP server), this information may be incorrect.

{% hint style="warning" %}
A custom endpoint information has no influence on the physical network, its scope is limited to Control.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.serenicity.fr/control/english/devices/dashboard-dun-appareil/parametres/general.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
