# User accesses

## Access types

A Serenicity Control account can have multiple accesses to different resellers, clients, or sites.

Each of these accesses has a level of rights: **administrator**; **supervisor**; **user**.

In addition, accesses to clients, sites and devices are inherited:

* An **administrator access on a client** will have **administrator rights to all sites of that client**, as well as to **all devices of those sites**.
* A **supervisor access on a reseller** will have **supervisor rights to all clients of that reseller**, as well as to **associated sites and devices**.

### User

User accesses only allow access to the dashboard of the devices.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The user accesses **do not allow** to modify the parameters of the devices.
{% endhint %}

### Supervisor

In addition to user rights, supervisor access allows you to:

* modify device settings (custom netbios names, IP management, etc.)
* manage the device fleet
* access a reseller's stock (if reseller access)

### Administrator

In addition to supervisory rights, supervisory access allows you to:

* manage user access

## My administrator access

This page shows all the administrator accesses of the connected account.

It allows you to create and delete accesses to different resellers, clients, and sites.

For example, to create an access for a reseller, you just have to go to the reseller's access page and create an access by entering the type of access and the user's email address :

* If no account is linked to this address, then an account creation email will be sent.
* If an account is already linked to this address, then an email will be sent to indicate the addition of a new access.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Deleting an access does not delete an account.\
To delete an account, please contact support.
{% endhint %}
