Create an account

To create your account on Serenicity Control, you must have received an email with a link to create your password.

By following the link sent by email, you will land on a page allowing you to define your new password.

This new password must contain at least 8 characters with at least:

• an upper case letter

• a lower case letter

• a number

• one of the following symbols: ()#?!@$%^&*+-_

If you have an account that requires two-factor authentication, you will be asked to enter your phone number to confirm your identity.

This phone number will be used to send you a one-time code when you login to Control.

To improve your experience on Control, you can also set up a multi-factor authentication through your smartphone.
