# Create an account

To create your account on Serenicity Control, you must have received an email with a link to create your password.

By following the link sent by email, you will land on a page allowing you to define your new password.

This new password must contain at least 8 characters with at least:

* an upper case letter
* a lower case letter
* a number
* one of the following symbols: `()#?!@$%^&*+-_`

If you have an account that requires two-factor authentication, you will be asked to enter your phone number to confirm your identity.

This phone number will be used to send you a one-time code when you login to Control.
